Bailiwick, a Paris-based boutique communications consultancy, was founded in 2002 and focuses on supporting clients building, nourishing and protecting their reputations. Since 2002, we have worked with an impressive portfolio of clients in diverse business sectors, ranging from healthcare, logistics, retail and luxury, FDI, technology, industry and services.

We simulate real-life situations - door-stepping, cameras, on-site interviews.

We put your core crisis team members through a scenario to evaluate their capabilities: roles and first reactions, ability to work together, to strategise, to make decisions in a timely manner. We will test response speed, message consistency and delivery to mitigate a situation.

Building or reinforcing a crisis-mindset within your company will enhance information exchange. Encouraging staff to rubix-cube product or corporate issues (e.g. corporate governance reality vs values, product safety, work-place diversity & equality, facility safety & procedures, technology vulnerabilities or criminal activities) PRIOR to an incident provides the company with a safety net. Lorna Lennon

Lorna founded Bailiwick in 2002, having spent the previous 16 odd years working for PR "household" names - Burson-Marsteller (NY and Paris), Lintas, WeberShandwick and as communications manager for Eurostar, Eurotunnel and Ducros (DHL).

Partners

Bailiwick works with senior consultants from other specialised consultancies to build dedicated teams with specific skill sets required to service clients.
